The Billion Dollar Series features the Canberra region’s remarkable people who have been on the journey to build companies of substantial value and provides aspiring entrepreneurs an incredible opportunity to hear from and learn from them. During this conversation with Greg, you will gain his insights into what it takes to identify the market gap, start and grow a business from an idea through to the acquisition phase – in this case, for hundreds of millions of dollars.
Greg Boorer is the Founder and CEO of Canberra Data Centres (CDC). Before CDC, Greg was Executive Manager of local systems integrator ASI Solutions, with responsibility for all Federal Government business. Prior to this, Greg for German based company Integra GmbH. It was during this time that Greg saw a critical need for large scale infrastructure data centres.
Since its creation, CDC has been operating across Canberra in Hume, Fyshwick, and Eastern Creek where data storage for local and federal government agencies is provided in trustworthy, reliable centres.
