Finding Market Need
Have you just embarked on your first entrepreneurial journey? Are you an experienced innovator with a fresh idea. First things first! In the most important workshop of this series we will look at innovation through the lens of lean startup methods and skill development, zoom in to identify and validate your first customer segment, and begin validating your solution.
Value Proposition and Pitching
It can be hard to know what to prioritise when you’re bringing your idea to life, or when you’re looking to scale your startup to have a bigger impact. This workshop will help you clarify the value to your customers in a way they will understand, nut out your business and revenue model, map out the big impact you want to have, and begin to build your pitch for different audiences.
Driving Growth
Every successful company HAS to make customer sales, especially when it comes to growth. In this workshop we’ll dive into lean marketing for startups, sales processes and what metrics actually matter.
Funding & Investor Pitching
Have you ever thought about pitching to investors, or wondered how capital works? Step into the shoes of an investor as we pull apart a pitch deck to really understand the dos and don’ts, and how to apply this to your own project. We’ll introduce different funding options and how to choose the right one for you.
