I’m the Managing Director of What Works, working directly with founders and leadership teams to solve high-impact growth and operational challenges. Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled multiple businesses, starting my first agency at university and exiting at a seven-figure valuation. My experience spans growth strategy, pricing, product and service design, team alignment, and operational optimisation. I focus on helping businesses identify and execute on the highest-value opportunities, taking a practical and commercially driven approach. I was awarded B&T’s 30 Under 30 Entrepreneur Award in 2025 and contribute to the Canberra ecosystem as a CBRIN graduate, ICON grant judge, and mentor to startups and scaling businesses. I can help with growth strategy and prioritisation, scaling SaaS products (including growing a platform to $3M+ in its first year), brand and website direction, CRM, automation and AI implementation, and managing agencies and delivery teams.
