Event information
The Conflict Management and Customer Service workshop is a pre-employment and self-employment workshop for young people aged 16-30 living in Canberra, to start a micro-business or enhance their employability skills. During the workshop, participants will hear from industry leaders through an interactive Q&A session, giving them valuable insights into strategies and techniques for conflict management. Following the Q&A session, participants will join a customer service workshop. This hands-on session provides tools to strengthen resilience in times of conflict and de-escalation techniques to support personal growth and improved customer service.
