We are excited to announce that we will be a part of Uncharted Territory’s program, a festival designed to celebrate all things innovations. Join us on Tuesday 11 July as the Canberra Innovation Network hosts an Open Day!

Come and experience a circuit of short and sharp experiences at a variety of stations, focused on accelerated activities, demonstrations, and presentations.

Meet our University partners, learn about entrepreneurship and experience what it’s like to be at the forefront of innovation. Come along and try different activities that entrepreneurs and innovators use every day to create the future!

There will be two sessions to attend, so choose the one that works for your schedule.

Morning session: 10:00am – 12:00pm

Afternoon session: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

How will the day look?

When you arrive, you will be shown to our events space where we will have a tradeshow set up featuring multiple Canberra companies and institutions showcasing their innovative ideas.

During this time you can choose to join in on demonstrations and workshops covering topics ranging from pitching and prototyping to robots!

What can I except to on the day?

• Play Kite Shield Interactive’s brand new game “Moon Corp. Tower Defense”
• Get connected with UC and CISCO
• Learn about UC’s Collaborative Robotics Lab
• Get involved in Canberra Innovation Network’s accelerated workshops

It’s school holidays, can I bring my kids?

Absolutely! While the activities aren’t solely kid focused, we still believe anyone of any age will enjoy them.

What parking is available?

Parking is available at the City West Carpark, located on Allsop Street. There is also limited street parking around the building.

Where are you located?

Find us at Level 5, 1 Moore Street (City Community Health Building) on the corner of Alinga and Moore Street.
