More bang for your buck: Managing your IP portfolio to maximise your returns – this presentation will cover the journey from growing your idea from a thought bubble into a sustainable model where your Intellectual Property can do its best work. It will canvas the key features of commercialising IP, the steps in the IP commercialisation journey, what financiers look at when assessing IP, mitigating the risk of legal challenges relating to IP and options for commercialisation.

Annabel is a commercial lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons with 21 years of experience working across Asia, the UK and Australia. She has depth and breadth of experience working with clients on complex deals and helping individuals and companies to set up the legal structures to build and commercialise their IP.
Imogen Francis, Solicitor at KWM
Imogen is a solicitor in the commercial team of King & Wood Mallesons. She assists in advising clients from innovative start ups to large scale projects across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on commercialisation and IP licensing arrangements.
