What are you working on?
Working with cool companies and inspiring people helping them to make a difference. Canberra is a surprising melting pot of different industries like sports-tech, manufacturing, IT, education to name a few, it’s always a pleasure to find people working hard in these industries following their dreams and growing their businesses. I’m also working on packing my bag to head to the US to participate in the International Visitors Leadership program for three weeks, leaving the family behind for the first time in 20 years.

Why is innovation important to you?
Innovation drives impact, for individuals, business, community, national and globally. We must innovate to grow.

What drives you to make a difference?
Helping others achieve impact is deeply satisfying. Being part of an awesome team driving innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration in our community is great fun – I truly believe together we are stronger.

Do you have any advice for getting more women into the innovation ecosystem?
Be brave and find your tribe. Know that you are not the only one feeling nerves, guilt and lacking in confidence – seek the support and have a go!
