COVID challenges of staff management, motivation and hire.

What advice would you give to yourself 5 years ago?

Go to bed earlier – there is always work to be done in the morning and a rested mind is twice as productive.

What do you want to ask your future self?

Is what I am doing right now taking me closer to where I want to be.

What are you proud of right now?

I am proud of our staff and how they contribute on all levels to a world class product.
