What are you working on?

At BentSpoke, we are always working on being the home of fresh beer. As a part of providing a world class beer experience, making sure we have the freshest beer using our original recipes is at the heart of everything we do. At the moment, we’re continuing to look for ways to enhance the BentSpoke beer experience and searching for the next great beer innovations.

Why is innovation important to you?

The brewing industry is a fast moving, dynamic industry. Its important to keep up with all the new innovations that are being developed so we continually drive to improve all aspects off the business; from beer quality, packaging and marketing our brand.

What drives you to make a difference?

Wanting to be the best we can as a business in both beer quality and innovation & leadership of our team. Its amazing to come to work everyday and work with such an amazing and diverse group of people who all share the same passion for BentSpoke.

Do you have any advice for getting more women into the innovation ecosystem?

Have a strong voice, don’t be afraid to fail sometimes and never give up.

What are you proud of right now?

I’m proud to be celebrating our 6th birthday on June 6th, continuing to put a new fresh beer out every week despite the downturn in trade due to COVID-19, and always proud of our BentSpoke team who have stuck with us to ride through this crazy time.
