We have won two National Business awards one in 2021 and one in 2022, and were finalists in the Fitness and Nutrition category for a National award in 2022.

I was asked to write an article for the Energy healing Magazine based in France which was published in October 2022.

I was then asked to co-author a book ‘Your Mind Body Fitness and Wellbeing balanced’ with other authors from around the world. The book was created and published in France by Energy Healing Magazine. Each chapter is written by professional experts from around the globe who have shared their inspirational knowledge and know-how. My chapter is titled, ‘The Secret to Achieving Personal Fitness and Maintaining it Throughout My Life.’ It was published in November 2022.

What are you proud of right now? 

Celebrating 4 years since my daughter Kirsten and I created Her Smile.
I looked at our combined skills and created a business offering solutions for women, teaching them self-development, self-love, and an unwavering determination to take life’s adversities and turn them into strengths.
